How did the coffee affect you? I'm a heavy coffee and soda drinker. I've been considering quitting the caffeine cold turkey too but I can't stand the headaches and it seems they never go away. Also, I haven't had any real evidence that the coffee or caffiene is causing any of these problems and I'm tired of just guessing and trying and guessing and trying and nothing really seems to help my problems (also having terrible adult acne problems, which is why I wanted to quit the pill).
