I was just wondering something that maybe u can answer? Im a good pooper .. poop anywhere between 1 to3 or 4 times a day and eat fairly healthy. Ive thougth about colonics? but never have had one- do natural laxatives or lots of fiber not clean it out ? or if you crap alot is it not mostly cleaned out? just curious
