im sory i didnt send a note yesterday but i am so glad your a bit better. for me it was around day 12 when it all turned around - which was really frustrating i thought it would be sooner than that. but it is worth hanging in fo the reward of feeling better. i also found the juice overwhelming sometimes so i just backed off and drank lots of water and then was ready to hit the juices again. hope you continue to feel better great job and keep going.
