What discipline you have, it almost seems like just eating a carrot is harder than not eating at all :). I understand the headache, my husband is going through that today and went through it yesterday. today is his 8th day and he's feeling it. Oh, how did your BBQ turn out. I also think going to the doctor and nutrisionist is a good idea. I hope you have a good day.
