thanks a lot snuzin - i am really trying to analyse how i feel about my sleeping. i like what you said about being honest with myself. i think i will go and get it checked. it has been in the back of my mind for sometime now. when i think about it i need a lot more sleep than most people and maybe it is becaseu i am not sleepign so great. just another thing to add to the to do list from this fast! ha! oh and good luck with your partial juice fast - i hope you get all from it that you desire.
