Welcome to Curezone.
..I've never done more than a seven day juice fast, (but I am planning a longer one after I get a top grade juicer).
I wish I'd blogged about my recent juice fast....there are special challenges when you have to continue cooking for the rest of your family. Especially on those days where the cravings kick in!!
It will do your body so much good to get off coffee for a while. Could you cut back gradually the week before you start juicing.....7 cups, 6 cups, 5 cups, 4 cups, 3 cups, 2 cups, 1 cup...blast off!
