I just discovered CureZone a few days ago. This weekend I started reading the blogs. I just finished reading your 30-day juice fast blog! Great information!
You have inspired me to get moving. I am preparing to start another JF, this time for 30 days. Last month I fasted for 4 days before giving in to temptation and feasting. What a letdown. For the duration of the last fast I thought about starting an online journal for my own benefit. After reading your blog weekend I have decided to go ahead and do it. Thanks!
