I had a headache so bad today I felt that I could THROW UP. It was so pathetically awful. I was at work so I ate some food and drank coffee to get rid of it. My head is still a bit fuzzy. I have an entrenched caffeine addiction and I suppose that was withdrawl. Well I bought Flor-Essence Tea today and I don't have work tomorrow so I'm going to make sure I drink detox tea as well instead of just lemonade!
