We’ve just posted an interview on our website about the latest developments regarding Codex Alimentarius that you and your readers might be interested in. As you may be aware, there is a growing group of critics concerned that this UN sponsored initiative to regulate world trade may have a strong negative impact on our food quality and availability of nutritional supplements.



After reviewing the information currently available to us we’ve decided that this issue would benefit from public awareness and continued monitoring. Supporters and critics are now making claims and counter claims so that the truth of the matter is not currently clear. However, if the critics are correct then Codex Alimentarius will significantly impact our healthcare choices in the U.S.
