Hi dazzle,
I so happy for you 1 week to go, what a blessing. I understand the family situation, my family does great about supporting me,right now they're all giving up something including my 14 yr old she's giving up chocolate (she did it for 21 days last month), my 20 & 27 yrs old men are giving up VIDEO GAMES and meat, my husband keeps attempting to do only juices but he's fasted the longest 10 days water some years ago with me and that's a major accomplishment for his he LOVES food and fasting is not his strenght, but I never make him feel bad because I do. I think however, this juice fast might not be so scary for him,this is the first time I've done juicing 30 days, it's water or daniel fast that intails eating veg/fruit 14 days.

I hope you keep in touch dazzle, I think you are a big help to people on the Czone.
I'll be reading some more of your information on juicing. I'm thinking about broth today and lots of water.
