thanks snuzin - although i like sleep guru man better!ha!
i will get my husband to watch me although i am sure he can answer all these questions already he has spent numerous nites laying awake next to me not being able to sleep (he is a very light sleeper). poor man. he is out of town at the moment but when he comes back i will ask him.
