Hi dazzle,
I'm so glad I read you site today, juicing and the highs and lows of fasting. It's great. I just wanted to let you know, I'm getting the veg juice thing down packed now, I also listen to a tape from the juiceman, I'm going to do a lot of the lymp cleansing and add some garlic (I keep forgetting) and cayenne pepper. but God
