hi,

okay first the thyroid. if you have thyroid problems supplement with high quality kelp, it is the ultimate thyroid balancer.

now the wheatgrass. there is a vast difference between the powdered stuff and the real stuff - fresh cut and juiced on the spot. the powdered stuff is fine, it has some nutrient value, but the fresh cut stuff is really the ultimate tonic. i have posted this elsewhere but will share again. a friend of mine cut off the tip of his finger, it turned gangrenous, black and purple and putrid smelly - the most disgusting thing i have ever seen. the docs insisted on removing it, he refused, and started doing mega doses of wheatgrass, that thing grew back fresh and pink like a baby's!!! but this was fresh, wildcrafted wheatgrass. do you live in a warm climate? you can wildcraft wheatgrass if so. its not hard. any wild growing grass away from pesticides and car runnoff will do. it works wonders, absolute wonders. it will strip your colon utterly clean like nothing else in the world.

the key is the chlorophyl, it dies within minutes of being cut and that is the ultimate blood cleanser. the chlorophyl molecule and the human blood molecule are identical, except the former is magnesium based, the later iron based. chlorophyl is the only substanced n earth that completley cleanses your entire blood supply.

i have never used powdered wheatgrass in an enema. in fact i hate enamas and never do them. so i can't give advice on that, although a fresh wheatgrass juice enema would be tremendous i bet.

there is a wheatgrass ice cube you can order from a compay in Canada through the mail that i hear good things about, but i have never tried it myself.

personally i think that a high quality chlorella or spirulina source is just as good or better than powdered wheatgrass, or take them together. i never heard of the nettle extract you spoke of, it sounds interesting, i like nettle tea.

hope that helps.
