sounds like some good things are happening there for you with your book and other things. i am happy for you. keep planting seeds, you will get a harvest.

obsessive tendancies? what me? never!

the thing is to don't fight them, it makes them worse. i am no psychiatrist so take my advice at your own risk, but i give free reign sometimes to my obsessions. they exist too for a reason they are there to teach you things. give yourself permission to be obsessed about whatver it is you are obsessing about. if other people have a problem with it, oh well. the more you try to control your obsessions the more they rage out of control. let go and see where they take you. i have gone on some interesting journeys like this. anyway thats how i do it.

i give a double your money back guarantee on some of my free advice, but not this time! no life guard on duty, swim at your own risk.

just remember to keep finding your center however it is you do that - through meditation prayer walking gardening or whatever. also keep feeling your heart center, don't get caught up in your mind too much. obsessions will come and obsessions will go, don't worry about it too much either way, they are like a fever, sometimes you just have to let them run their course.
