These are good choices. But you do need to be drinking more veggies than fruits and those veggies should contain greens. The 16 ounce undiluted juice I make usually consists of:
3 to 5 carrots
1 or 2 apples
1 stalk celery (with leaves)
1 quarter beet (sometimes greens)
handful spinach and parsley
1 large Swiss Chard leaf (sometimes 2)
handful Kale
small garlic clove
Sometimes I also add brocolli, cabbage, green beans, brussel sprouts, etc
It is recommended that fruits be limited to mornings for the most part, though occasionally I have a craving for my pineapple, celery, radish combo and will drink that whenever.
You didn't mention water. Water is crucial on a fast. Drink more water than you do juices and herbal teas. A good rule of thumb is to divide your weight in half and drink that much water in ounces. So if you weigh 160 pounds, say, you need at least 80 ounces of water, that's ten 8 ounces glasses per day. Water flushes the body and also helps to reduce water retention in the body.
I hope this helps,
