I hated to hear bout your father-n-law, I pray for you peace during bad times. I like reading your journal. It's day 4 for me and I've only had 3-16oz glasses of water 1 veg and 1 fruit. I'm going to have to get some type of substitute for the greens, I've got liquid oxigyen and wheat grass I hope this will work. looking forward to hearing from you. your doing really great, and a real encouraging. hang tuff.
