Hey, that's a great idea, beginning a blog. I truly look forward to it, let me know when it's up and running. Yes, I have enjoyed your responses to various blogs and posts on the forums. You seem very well read and know what you're talking about and are not afraid to share or ask questions.

Milk? Nah, I don't do milk... raw or otherwise. It leaves an aftertaste and a film in my mouth to where I need to drink water afterwards to clean it out. Too mucous forming. I did grow up with raw milk, butter made from raw milk, organic eggs, etc... even then, milk left an after taste.

But I would love to find an organic farmer who would sell me a half a hog and quarter cow. Keep me in cheeseburgers for a while. LOL
