thanks, Dazzle, for the info. on the sunlamp. I've been thinking for a while about getting one and trying it out, especially on rainy, dark, winter days.

I don't know how you survived Alaskan winters--I probably would sleep 24/7 and just get up to go to the bathroom and eat! How does anyone function? and the summers! How does anyone sleep? THAT would make me a raving maniac!
