I'll have to see what pic's I have... only some of your pic's show up for me because I have a MAC ( i think?) some times things dont work the same as they did with my pc but i love my mac. anyway I have noticed you eat sorta the same things all the time and are looking for new ways of fat and protein. I have a really great peanut sauce receipe thats great on salad and really easy to make
1/2c peanut butter,1/2c warm ish water(helps melt the pb and makes it mix easier) garlic-2 cloves is a good start,chili peppers1 or 2(depends what u like)-- 1 tbsp soya sauce and vinegar(im sure what ever raw variety of either that you can find would work or lemon or lime) or leave out the soya sauce. mix with a hand mixer/blender etc) and at the end add about half a bunch of cilantro and pulse a bit till mixed .... its great especially after a day or 2.
