Well it might be easier for me because I only smoked off and on for 1 year. I never got to more than about 6 cigarettes a day. And before this cleanse I was down to about 1 a day. The biggest part for me is not being around it. I had a craving today and it was when I was driving by and saw a guy lighting one up. Also when I'm watching sopranos I want to chain smoke like the mobsters but I'm glad I'm done with it. The hunger is a bit better but still here.
