You have selected the real truth, and (you know how I love the whole truth), to present on your blog...  Excellent work !! 

This is exactly what most people need to know....   I though I had done well; over the years, but then you just blow me out of the water, with your post on health....   Keep up the great work, as many people need this in their lives...  

  Maybe we can start a "Great Health" consortium or mutual "Keep your Friends Healthy Club" or such...  Lady!  Finding and learning, then putting into action is my goal in life...  You seem to have the same ideas...
