Dr. Jensen thought highly of cherries too!
I am sure there is good value in them when dried
and reconstituted with water...allowed to soak.

No fresh cherries in this part of the country now.

Watermelon for me has a lot of sugar, but I love it.
We get organic from Dennis Stowell at our Farmers'
Market.

Well, I am working on more steps to complete
the '04 taxes. Near completion.
