Perhaps you're right. Maybe the ones who talk about enzymes are just the loudest. All the controversies out there tell me that we don't truly know what we're talking about anyway, so people are latching onto ideas rather than facts. However, if that leads them to health, bully for them! As for the raw cacao, did you like it from the get-go? I'm torn between giving it more time and returning it to Whole Foods.
