Hi 9th,

i enjoy reading some of the articles and info posted on breathing and yoga, i find it informative, interesting and useful.

however, i really get tired of hearing about whatever skirmish you are involved in with whatver other curezone member. my advice is to keep that kind of crap out of a forum dedicated to yoga. makes sense don't it?

if you watn to have running battles with people like thorn do it in the webmaster's forum or wherever. but if i have to keep wading through all this sludge of personal vendetta i will stop visiting your excellent blog about yoga becaue i don't need the bs along with my daily dose of yoga info.

there is an old saying - don't sh- where you eat.

think about it.
