Hi, You need to call the supervisor first thing and explain you paid for the item, get copy or receipt or whatever you have.
I agree with above comment titled Whoa! This appears to be just a simple misunderstanding. Once you explain you PAID for the item, everything should be corrected.
Sometimes when you are in shock, surprised or momemtarily confused, it is hard to explain things clearly. You may want to drive into see the supervisor in person, just to show her your receipt or proof you paid for the item. That will clear everything up.
