I dont know how you do it without a scale. I am a daily weigher. LOL Your plans sounds good. It's funny I still have food cravings but it's not anything bad. I REALLY want a salad, a banana, and a baked potato! oh yummy! What kind of exercises do you plan on doing? If you motivate me to workout I will do the same for you! LOL
