I had no idea! I went to the post office yesterday to mail a package and there was a very long line to buy stamps--very unusual, I thought, as the Christmas rush is over! I didn't see any signs about a rate change, even in the post office! I even bought a role of new stamps earlier in the week and no one said anything to me about having to buy 2cent stamps to go with it! maybe I'm just oblivious?grrr.........back to the post office for me tomorrow!
