If you're going to butcher someone's writing and stick it in a whole new post at least provide a link to the original so people can see the material that prompted it in the first place, the unaltered original writing, and the further responses.

You've now stuck this is not one, but TWO new blog entries, neither of which contain any reference to the original thread...
