Then I also suggest you chain-smoke cigarettes to avoid stress and anxiety! Or how about using heroin to avoid anger?

Or hell, you can just commit suicide, that would avoid all cancer for sure!

This it the kind of advice you're giving. It's like telling someone who is fat due to over-eating and lack of self-control, to just vomit their food up, then they can eat all they want and "prevent" getting fat. Then they don't have to exert any kind of self control at all. They can live in pure indulgence! .... but the original "disease" will still be there. The disease that caused them to get fat in the first place, will still be there... the overeating, the lack of self control, the addiction to indulgence and perceived sense pleasures. Just because you're taking intrusive measures (vomiting, or some rapid weight-loss pill) to prevent an EFFECT, doesnt mean that you're getting rid of the CAUSE. And in the process of preventing that one effect, you may be introducing numerous other ills.

Yes, "flushing the semen" may help to prevent cancer, in a roundabout way, but it's only an intrusive measure to help prevent an EFFECT, not the CAUSE. There is no need for this kind of "preventive measure" if you don't generate the CAUSE in the first place. Is there any reason to remove someone's lung due to prevent the spread of lung-cancer, if the person wasn't a chain-smoker to begin with? Diet, state of mind/emotions, and to a lesser degree, physical environment, all play very important roles, and to devote more attention to these things will go MUCH further in preventing cancer in ALL parts of the body, not just the prostate.

If you are a man, I suggest following your own advice. Do "that" 5 times a week, maintain this regularity for many years. Come back in 10 years and tell us how healthy you are then. I *GUARANTEE* you will have accumulated countless pains and sorrows (and not only of the body, but the mind and emotions as well). And even though you may have completely ravaged and debilitated your body, incurred a number of ills and disease, cut your life span in half, made yourself susceptible to much emotional and bodily suffering... at least you will have prevented prostate cancer, right?... makes sense to me. It's like us polluting forests, and then saying that the "cure" to prevent polluted forests, is to just burn down the whole forest... then we don't have to worry about what we were doing to cause that pollution in the first place.

And if you are a woman, I strongly urge you to NOT spread this kind of advice, not only for the sake of others, but for yourself also. You're only blindly reciting medical journals that do NOT know what they're talking about. You don't understand the kind of negative karma you're generating for yourself by leading others into this horrible trap.

Please think about it. The medical industry's #1 goal is to make money. Think about their "cures" to get rid of effects that you brought upon yourself. How many weight-loss ads do you see saying "You can lose weight now and regain your health. Give up your sense-indulgence, stop blindly following your tongue and addiction to luxury/pleasure. Put in some effort and start exercising. Eat healthy foods. Give up meat, ice cream, soda, etc. I have nothing to sell you, I am only interested in your well-being." ... NONE. They all want to sell a pill that may help you lose weight, but also comes with a list of 500 "adverse side effects" (many of which may be far more harmful than the obesity you started with). But at least you will be able to avoid placing the blame on yourself, right? At least you will still be able to indulge, and not pay any attention to the garbage you're pouring into your body.

There are also many subjects in which the medical industry does NOT know "everything" about, and this is one of them. A "cure" to them, is something to prevent an effect. They don't care about really removing the CAUSE of that effect. And once they find their "cure", they say "Finished. All done. We know the answer to this problem. No more research necessary. Publish the books and spread this knowledge!"

It's also funny that you say to avoid yoga, that it is only "forces that you dont want to get involved in" ... have you ever investigated yoga at all? Do you know what the word itself alludes to? Do you have any idea what the entire system of yoga encompasses, or what its final aim is? I suppose you think meditation should be avoided as well?

It seems to me the only "forces" to be watch out for here are those of ignorance and delusion...
