You say that you do not see any blue, purple, green, or red dilated blood vessels. You are one of the lucky few. Your dark circles are caused by too much pigment. Go see a cosmetic dermatologist and they will prescribe a bleaching cream. Something like Hydroquinone 4 %. Talk to them about what lasers they have to get rid of the pigment. Do your research on the dermatologist, and please invest in some one good. Do not trust your eyes to just any dermatologist. That is your simple solution, if you want to cleanse yourself of the dark circles then do liver and colon cleansing. Best of luck
