A lot of people lord it over others because it feels good to do so. The thing they obviously lack, however, is knowledge of how it feels to be the one dictated to, and/or tortured. If they knew how it felt to be on the receiving end of evil, they might think twice about misusing their stolen power. Sorry- that's another story.

Anyhow, some day, the mountains really will be flattened out like pancakes and all of us will be standing on the same level ground. Either we can stand there now, or wait 'til our bubbles get popped and we land there looking like knobs. Nobody can ride a horse as high as the Bush administration, and there aren't many who can fall as hard as Bush will when his horse gets sick of him and bucks him off. :)
