I'm certainly no doctor, but would recommend that you read the book that explains this fast. It's by Stanley Burroughs. You can get it at Barnes and Nobles, or probably any bookstore. You can see most of it online for free at this link:

There is a specific protocol for diabetics that tells how to use Blackstrap molasses in certain increments. Check it out. It's under the special needs section. It would probably be a great idea to do this under the supervision of a doctor who is supportive of you, probably a naturopath who is familiar with diabetes. Lots of success to you!
