I fasted the whole day at work on lime water and coconut water. I came home and my mom criticised my acne so I ate some food. Oh well. I'm not giving up though. I'm back to fasting and having energy tomorrow. Today I had enough energy to do my job as long as I drank consistently and had the coconut water.
