Thank-you for sharing your story. I too am trying to fast, but I find it extremely difficult with three children under 4 yrs. It is hard not to taste the food you prepare.I try to tell myself one step forward or two steps back. If I give in then I will have to start all over again.With multiple food allergies, I have to try something.

Sorry about the death of your father. My brother died 11 years ago and it still hurts. Special days are the worst! You feel like a puzzle with a peice missing!

Good luck with the weight loss! Hvae you done any liver flushing? people say that it helps them keep their weight off.
