Yes, I understand that
the psychic Toxins turn to poop anyway.
The main thing is keep it all moving...
not to get stuck in our light or our dark,
just allowing it all and moving through it
and it moving through us.

Worm poop, of course, is among my favorite
because that feeds the plants food.
I like to take the papers that are used up
and have holy writings and give them to the worm.
