but seriously... i remember mom used soapy water enemas on us kids...
seems there was a thing back in those days that you had to be clean...
'inside' and 'out'...
and come spring time everything that didn't move was cleaned...
and everything that did move got moved... i mean a cleaning...
her two basics were casteroil... and syrup of blackdraugh... yuk...
lol...
