Thank you! By now you are on day 12. As far as noticing the benefits between 15-21:

Fasting became second nature.....I didn't really have to try very hard to continue with the program. The psorasis continued to clear, my skin did show more acne on the face. My tongue lost the thick white coating. I continued to pass solids.

For the most part, I know that it was benefical to me to continue past day 10. So there it is! Good luck to you!
