Hi Wendy,
I am glad to read that you are feeling good today. I know exactly
what being cold during a fast feels like. Here in San Francisco bay
area it is about 76 and I have started my 3rd colon cleanse for this
season. I took a good laxative last night just before bed and the
result this morning is a good BM. I just had my apple cider vinegar drink with a mango nectar and I feel cold.
In a little while I will take my series enema followed by a coffee retention enema.
How I got into fasting? Many years ago, when I was a teenager, I got
hives very badly and it would not go away. It kept getting worse. I was
put on on a water fast with Epson salts and enemas, if I remember
correctly, for 5 days. I do know that I felt miserable during my fast,
iching plus a total lassitude from the hives and hunger from the fast.
But after the fast, although it took a few days for the hives to clear,
I felt great. I will never forget this good feeling. After that, I
started eating healthier foods and cleansing my body. I have been doing
it ever since.
So my fasting has been going on for a goodly number of years and when I
have skip a fast, usually due the demands of business, I begin to feel
miserable, both physically and mentally.
I believe fasting with body and mind cleansing are essential to good health. A good healthy diet is also important.
Love,
Paul
