Yes, it's funny how these emotions toy with me. They do pass, or change I should say. I awakened this morning with the solid feeling that all is right with my world. Just a lovely sense of security with the world.

How did you get into fasting? It's odd how so many people think it's bad for you. I can't imagine anything more beneficial if done properly.
