do i really only have the option to sit on the side lines & watch? is this life really only our own?
Everyone is sailing their own vessel, this is true. By being a glowing example of health and joy, others can entrain to this but you can never force your will on another. Change comes about when people are ready to accept self evident principles of well being (coherenecy). This occurs when *their* awareness is raised to *that* level by self experienced distinctions. It is their free will, their choice of wanting to see it....then it is easily seen. Self resistance is the only thing that stands in the way.
