Hahahaa, I had completely forgotten the Kale debacle! Yes, I know you are right. I know no moderation. Perhaps I can learn some through this cleanse (although I shall have to really focus on finding moderation, not a detail I notice as a rule).

You did a colon cleanse? Was it more intense than a master cleanse? And yes, that glorious feeling afterward. Amazing. I am looking forward to the euphoria that I experienced with my cleanse in March. Just odd moments in which happiness fell about my shoulders completely apropos of nothing. I love when that happens.

Your words mean a lot to me. I can certainly use all of the support I can get in this world. As can we all.
