Thanks. I remember doing LOTS of running and plain calisthenics. As of right now, I have two walking buddies that I met on craigslist, one in the morning and one in the evening. I don't think I'm going to fast again. I rather focus on eating fresh fruits and vegetables, maybe some goat cheeses. If I eat meat, it would be very little. Thanks for the help Kermit.
