LOTS is being done to help 'poor people of color'. In fact TOO MUCH in the past thirty years by well meaning democrats has been done. Some people have to face facts that there are people who have no concept of right or wrong and have no civilisation in them. The last thing 'poor people of color' need is white liberals making even more excuses for them. I'm not accusing anyone in this forum understand. The mayor is black HIMSELF and last time I checked states ran their own affairs not the federal government. How much must people depend on the government? Do I need to post the quote from Fredrick Douglass about black folks talking care of themselves?
