This week was a real crappy week for me. I let myself cascade into depression and everything almost unraveled. Tonight I'm going to sleep at a somewhat decent hour. I'm eschewing all manner of political discussion, hurricane coverage (doesn't help the depression!),etc. all this weekend. My brain is very good to me, giving me very early warning signs. I regard it as a living computer and this week I've allowed viral programming in.
