You're still being very cryptic as to your point, but I will comment.

I just went to PBS NOVA to hear an audio clip of a theoretical physicist (Nima Arkani-hamed of Harvard University) as he explained the basic concept of the theory. The main thing that struck me was that he stated the theory is founded on two primary ASSUMPTIONS: the constancy of C and physics "looks the same in all frames of reference". Obviously, as I've shown, the constancy of C is being seriously questioned.

So E = mc2 is hardly "realism", as proven by the fact that it comes under the heading of THEORETICAL physics. It's an idea, making it IDEALISM. So I must assume you're saying that the theory is the "idealism" and God is the "reality".
