Yes I am aware of the difference between the two, how ever it is necessary for both to exist in the body for proper life functions.... Thanks for the reminder that it is necessary to have quality input for both the mind and the brain; if you expect to have any where near a good quality life.... Your (our) relationships depend how we feed our brain/mind; so we should strive to give ti the best... K
