I spent the day at the beach and got a little sunburned on my back. Bathing in the water was awesome. I felt totally in tune with nature, communing with the ocean,etc. I got so caught in preparing myself to see my fiancee, getting my hair done, buying specific health foods,etc. that I don't have enough money to drive to see him. There's a lesson in there somewhere.

I also bought a Tony Robbins cd set. I know one of the things I have my heart set on is reprogramming my brain. I want to combine this process with switching to a raw food diet.

I have more to say on this tomorrow.
