enron was so broke, such sick frauds, they could not pay the electric utility bill at enron corporate headquarters, so the electric was shut off. an investor and a reporter saw this and thought it odd such big money talk liars could not afford to pay the electric bill, so they investigated and the entire enrot scam was unraveled.
