Tolerance SHOULD mean leaving others alone to do believe as they see fit, while you go on with what your own conscience dictates. The old "live and let live". But in this day and age it means a far different thing, and it calls for the "intolerant" to be banned and dammned. In my experience, the true meaning of tolerance is totally lost on those who shout the word the loudest!
