Even though it does not seem that way from some points, whenever I repeat that to myself I feel better. I'm going outside and am going to scrub the steps for my mom like I promised. I am going to do a good job. When I go to work this afternoon, I will be a professional. Today I am going to eat healthy and feed my body with fresh,vegetarian/vegan/raw foods and juices, do a good job, get some exercise and have the best day ever.
